We have divided our support into three different categories. Support is available at normal office hours 8 – 16 GMT +02:00.

  • mScales customer support
    • Customer support contact details can be found when logged into mScales and navigating to bottom left corner "Support".
    • If you are not the administrator of the mScales account, contact the main user of the customer company that owns the scales.

  • Scale hardware monitoring and remote diagnostics*
