mScales' history goes back to 1908, when its former parent company (Lahden Rauta- ja Metalliteollisuustehdas Oy/Raute Corporation) was founded. Moving with the times, in 2006, the company name was changed to Lahti Precision, and the enterprise has evolved into a technological trailblazer in digital weighing services. In 2017, we launched mScales as the home base of our growing cloud-based turnkey material flow control platform.
Tamtron Group Plc acquired the entire share capital of weighing technology company Lahti Precision Ltd on February 2023. On May 2023 Lahti Precision name was changed to Tamtron Precision.
