    Pricing FAQs

    Can I start a free trial of paid packages?

    Yes, you can try our Start package for 14 days. The other packages need external hardware, so there is no free trial available.

    What are my payment options?

    You can be billed monthly, but save 16% if you pay annually. We currently accept credit card payment for monthly subscriptions and the yearly subscription is paid via invoice.

    Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

    Yes, of course! mScales was built to grow and evolve with your business. Whether you decide you need new features, or aren't using the ones you have, upgrading your plan will kick in immediately, and downgrades will go into effect at the beginning of the next billing period (the first of the month). However, if the upgrade or downgrade requires hardware changes, the time of the changes going into effect depends on the installation.

    Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel anytime, and the invoicing will end at the end of the ongoing billing period. After your paid subscription ends, you'll be switched to the Free package, and you can continue using the service.

    Are there some extra costs in addition to the monthly/yearly fee?

    In Free and Start packages there are no extra costs. The other packages, however, require the gateway device, so the hardware and installation cost will be invoiced separately. In some add-on modules, a separate hardware is required, which is also invoiced separately.

    Do all my scales have to have the same package?

    No. You can select a suitable package for each scale separately.

    Can I add add-on modules later?

    Yes, you can start with some package and as you get familiar with the service, you may find new ways to improve your processes by some add-ons.

    Do all my scales have to have the same add-on modules?

    No. The whole idea is that you can buy certain amount of specific add-on module, and you can decide in which scales you want to use it.
