Tamtron Precision, mScales customer and marketing register.
4. Purpose of processing of personal data
The purpose of the processing is to manage the customer relationship, to fulfill the rights and obligations of the customer and Tamtron Precision and to process personal data in accordance with the personal data act for online services purposes, research activities without disclosing your personal information to any third party.

The register may contain customer information according to the following grouping:

Email address
Phone number
Company and position
Business address information and usage data
6. Regular sources of registry information
The register is compiled from Tamtron Precision’s customer information system. The information is maintained by utilizing publicly available internet sources (such as the Company’s own website) and other public sources. The register also contains information provided by the customer himself.
7. Disclosure of regular information
Except when required by the Finnish authorities, the controller will not disclose personal data to third parties.
8. Storage and deletion of data
We will retain your information for at least the duration of the customer relationship. Personal data may be deleted at the request of the data subject or upon termination of the customer relationship.
9. Registry Protection Principles
Personal data will be kept confidential. Tamtron Precision’s data network and the hardware on which the registry is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
10. Rights of the data subject
Registrants have the right to obtain, correct, update, transfer, modify or delete personal data held by Tamtron Precision in respect of such person. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. If You make a request, we will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
