Important Notice: Warning About Phishing Emails
Dear Customer,
We want to warn you about phishing emails that have a sender email address ending in mscales.com and may also use our mScales logo.
The emails claim that your latest invoice has been paid twice and ask you to click a link to receive a refund online. The link expires after 72 hours.
A new phishing email mentions security-related issues and has been sent from the address admin@mscales.com, which is not an email address we use at mScales. Below is a screenshot of the message for reference.
Important:
- Do not click on links or download attachments from suspicious emails.
- Carefully check the sender’s email address.
- Notify our customer service support@mscales.com immediately if you receive a suspicious email so we can verify the authenticity of the message and take appropriate action.
