How many account admins can a company have?

An mScales company account can have multiple account admins to ensure smooth management of company information and user access. 

Recommended number of account admins 

We recommend assigning 2–3 people as account admins. This ensures that company administration tasks can be managed efficiently even when one person is unavailable. 

Account admin permissions 

An account admin has full access to create, edit, and view the following company information in mScales: 

  • Company details 
  • Location details and storage details 
  • Users 
  • Sharing data 

Having multiple account admins helps maintain business continuity and allows for quick updates to essential information within the service.
